RATES

High Season (December 1st - April 30th):
$300 per day $2,000 per week

Low Season (May 1st - November 30th):
$250 per day $1,650 per week

All prices quoted are in US dollars and include taxes.

RESERVATIONS POLICY

All reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of the reservation. The client must pay 50% in advance at the time of the reservation. The other 50% must be paid at the time of arrival. A guarantee (damage) deposit of the total amount of the rent is required and will be returned at the time of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the reservation is confirmed, all cancellation notices will have a charge of 20%, except in the following cases:

• 25% of the deposit amount if the notice is received from 20-30 days prior to the date of the reservation.

• 50% of the deposit amount if the notice is received from 15-20 days prior to the date of the reservation.

• 75% of the deposit if notice is received from 7-15 days prior to the date of the reservation.

• 100% of the deposit if notice is received from 1-15 days during the following period: December 20th through January 2nd.

OTHER POLICIES

• Maximum of six persons.
• No children.
• No pets.
• No smoking inside the villa.
