the heart of Ixtapa's commercial area across from the
beachfront hotels you will find our restaurant, Mamma
Norma & Deborah.
My
name is Deborah and I am from Canada. In addition to
keeping up the fine tradition of Mamma Norma I have
added my own special touches.
We
offer indoor and outdoor café dining in a casual
atmosphere with friendly service, and where we endeavor
to give you the best value for your money.
Our
menu features a large selection of dishes, ranging from
basic meat & potatoes to vegetarian fare and including
many Mexican and seafood specialties as well as delicious
pastas prepared with our homemeade sauces. If you are
going fishing we provide the service of cooking your
catch.
Coffee's
on at 8:00 a.m., so why not join us for breakfast? Treat
yourself to my Piña Colada Pancakes, a
Breakfast Burrito, or Eggs & Pan Fries
and freshly squeezed O.J.
Two
of our "signature dishes" are our Spinach
Salad and our Orange Chipotle Shrimp or Chicken.
Other
favorites, according to our returning customers, are
our Chile Relleno with Lobster & Shrimp,
our Mexican Combo Plate with Enchiladas, Taquitos,
Tamale, Guacamole, Rice & Beans, and of course
my Award Winning Chocolate Cake and other homemade
desserts.
