As to your question; for an average size 2 bedroom unit of 1400 sq ft do I think the HO dues could be more than $400/mo? Yes, given the amenity package I think HO dues could be more than projection. Even if not, inflation and/or dollar depreciation will certainly raise them in the future. The point I was making is build some cushion into your financial assumptions when buying. If you are maxed out day 1, you will probably not have a good ownership experience.
