Lots and lots of Mexican tourists at the beach.
Before heading over to Las Gatas I decided to walk down the paseo just to see what was happening. Thought about buying one of these lovely shell numbers but talked myself out of it since I was ready to go to the beach and did not want to go back home. They sure have some good looking things.

This was a wonderful day at the beach for lots of people. I almost thought it was close to Easter time. Just lucky and I got to the boat taxi area and was the last one on board. That meant no waiting and off we went.
The surfers were out and ready to hit the waves.

No matter how many people there are it is always a nice day at the beach. Seeing all the families out enjoying themselves is one of my best experiences here. It certainly makes me smile a lot.

Yes, we always enjoy seeing Mexican families having a great time at the beach. All smiles and laughter; such a good feeling. Yesterday we took the bus to Playa Linda. We arrived just in time to catch a performance of Los Volodares (pole flying) which was great fun. Playa Linda was filled with vacationing Mexicans. We ate lunch right on the beach at La Palapa (which was also filled with Mexican families) and it was great! Such a special afternoon and it made us feel fortunate -- as always -- to live here. Looks a lot different than a few weeks ago ...wow people on the beach ! ...Yes you are a very lucky woman to live in such a great town ..wanna trade places ? I will trade rain, cloudy days , stress, 12 hour work days, for the warm sandy beachs of Z , tacos, and little stress , massage on the beach , ..please trade with me !,,,,I wanna go back !
