I looked through a lot of posts on this page and found mention of tourswithcarlos.com (Grumpy maybe because Carlos wore a Lake Cowichan t-shirt one day). Went to the website, read his info, did a broader internet search, found some reviews, contacted him and arranged to meet with him when we arrived in Ixtapa. Liked what we met and hired him.
