I don't see a reason the the Tour Bus(es) could not drop them off at the beach, and go idle elsewhere until its time to return and pick them up.

Locals claim the road to La Ropa is too small for buses, that they are damaging the roads, that they are noisy, that they pollute, and that they cause traffic problems. I agree. If you go to Acapulco, Taxco, Cuernavaca, Pátzcuaro or many other tourist destinations the tour buses go to the bus station and from there you have to take public transportation to get to the main attraction, whether it be a plaza, museum or beach. La Ropa is a residential and hotel area and the buses negatively affect residents and vacationers. If you drive to La Ropa during high season it is a traffic nightmare where the buses make things much worse. it's a shame it took the city over 25 years to figure this out. I noticed the problem the first season after the road was paved.
