Not Good For La Ropa

La Ropa is poorly equipped to handle growth in tourism as well as any of the other beaches, it really is unfortunate that all cannot enjoy both those supporting restaurants and those that picnic on the beach. Since there is no money invested for public washrooms, garbage and recycle bins throughout the beaches( far and few between) , how do you make improvements for all to enjoy.? We have to remember the beaches do not belong to the restaurant owners or I am wrong.
I have visited during Easter and the garbage on the beaches was sickening and of course with no public washrooms......
Bad deal for all involved.
