In many parts of the world people march in protest to such outrages. Why is this not happening in Zihua?

You must've missed the numerous and prolonged protests here including concerts by internationally known artists to raise money for their "legal fund".

The government knows it can outwait the public outrage, that we can't protest forever. They can still threaten, intimidate, harm, disappear and kill people here with impunity, Sydney. This is the same Guerrero as it's always been.
