I'm with you. Looked like nothing unusual was turned up. Reminds me of restaurant cleanliness visits where I am.


It's that the bad booze is highly unlikely to be sold where folks are relatively well educated. Especially to resort hotels where there are professional F&B managers looking to move up the food chain (couldn't resist the pun). Rural and poor urban working class communities are where this is typically a problem. And it is a problem in Mexico, just not one I would expect to find in resort hotels.
