Glad to see so many visitors enjoying the Guitarfest. From our home we've enjoyed being able to listen to some of the music. It's kind of a shame that I've heard a continuing complaint over the years by locals who say they aren't made to feel welcome to the Guitarfest, same as with the Sailfest. Locals need culture, too. But unfortunately the tickets are too costly for most locals and most everything is in English. Nevertheless, it makes the free concert for the closing night all that much more appreciated.

We beat the crowds at Deborah's last Sunday, getting there before 9:00 am. Hey, if that's what it takes.

And the cool of the morning makes it more enjoyable to work in the garden of our Ixtapa house. Got to enjoy these cool mornings while they last. Experts say the summer heat could be arriving early and that this summer could be an extra warm one. Oh boy!

A couple of happy women with their new specs!
