Mexican Immigration

I married my Mexican husband June 2016. It was a surprise, as I thought we were going to city hall to see what papers I needed. Well with only my passport and USA drivers licence the deed was done.I sat there like the "Runaway Bride" wondering if I was ready! I stayed and said I do. We paid the fee, I think it was 11,000 ps. The office took photos, and clapped and everyone was happy! However, I needed to present a birth certificate, Apostilled, my next trip. Hunter is right, getting your spouse here is a nightmare. I have paid dearly to an immigration attorney, filled out papers, given documents, and on and on. Now, we are in the middle of the immigration turmoil and it is hopeless to think I can get my husband here. Even if we try just for a tourist visa, we may denied, because we are married and the government fears he may not return to Mexico. But i will keep trying.
The thing is, go for LOVE! All other things can be overcome.
I wish you ever happiness
