You'd still have to be pretty careful with them, i.e. wear gloves when shelling them, to avoid getting a nasty rash. But as long as you didn't eat unshelled ones you'd be OK. Many years ago in Greecw we had some that were literally a ouple of hours of the tree that were giant sized and simply incredible. Once your tree gets going, perhaps a new "side business?" :-]
