Hola. I, being a Canadian, have been to Cuba may times. Even when I first starting going there over 30 years ago there were Americans there. They entered through Mexico or Canada or the Dominican. The Cubans didn't care. They simply put a visa slip in their passports and when it was time to leave, they just took the visa out. No stamps on the passport. Can't see how it could be any different now. Just show them your US passport when you disembark and it should not be a problem. I don't think that Trump has made any threats against Cuba (yet) to change things
