Stop sugar coating it Rob. Tell us how you really feel.

Ha ha ha!

I’m not against responsible gun ownership, but with all due respect I found your reply insincere and contrived. The prohibition of popular substances is bad enough with all its grave repercussions, but the appearance of .50 cal. Barretts in Mexico began in earnest immediately following the unfortunate expiration of the USA’s ban on assault type weapons. Almost immediately our local police were ambushed using these weapons that could pierce the walls of the buildings where our police were stationed throughout our municipio and others along the coast. For all the complaints from folks in the USA about smuggling of drugs and people into the States, it appears even easier to smuggle US firearms into Mexico to arm the organized criminals empowered by the USA’s prohibition of popular substances that only creates a multibillion dollar a year black market. So please excuse my passionate response. I believe most Mexicans feel similarly as I do.
