Drinking- a michelada

The canned Vickichilada is excellent, and available everywhere, even your fridge.

¡Huácala! :-/

Our local home-grown version of the Michelada doesn't use any Clamato or tomato juice. Just jugo de limón, hielitos y sal. Now I certainly love a good Red Beer (Anna Maria Island Bloody Mary) made with plain old V8 or even just tomato juice and beer, and I don't mind if it has a few drops of Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco Sauce or a little lemon juice. But that's a Red Beer. These red Micheladas you see everywhere were brought here by folks from other place. It's not how we used to drink them here and you used to not even see them made like that here before Ixtapa.

Thanks,Rob. It is apparently a geographic difference in Mexico ( like regional differences in the US) since I developed my like for (red) micheladas in Sonora, about 2100 km from Zih.I look forward greatly to developing a similar Jones for Z's version.
