Oh come on, Last trip me and another person got food poisoning from 2 different resturants. I eat street food all the time and never had a problem.
So the little old lady selling tamales is using unsanitary practices for her customers and her family!

They weren’t restaurants that I recommend, were they?

Food poisoning is not the runs. I spent years suffering the consequences of what eating “the wrong food” can do to you, Not talking about Hep. While I’m certainly no medical expert, this is something I feel I know more about than the average person.

But there are other reasons many of us wish folks wouldn’t patronize the food vendors at the zócalo.
