The Great Burger Hunt

You know me, I love pretty much all things Mexican, including those cart burgers. I cannot find anything like them here in the PNW. And as far as the beef goes, I think it has a big part to do with why I like them. The beef in Mexico may be tough, stringy, whatever, but it tastes like beef. U.S. beef, not so much.

There are a few things I make sure I have during a Zihuatanejo stay; pozole at Ricomar, chilaquiles at the Catalina, an ice cream from that joint over by the church, and one of those cart burgers. No trip is complete without all of them (not at the same time, of course). If that makes me ignorant, too Americano or something, I apologize, but my guess is that I won't stop :-)

Ha ha ha! No problema, amigo. We should go on a HUNT for The Great Mexican Burger! After a few healthy shots of mezcal, of course.

Lookee what I found!
