Heart attack hill

I live here and don't know where you are referring to. There are a number of extremely steep streets and roads.

Nuestra Señora de los Remedios is the street that starts at the bridge to La Ropa at Plaza Kioto and passes La Ceiba Condos, intersects with Calle Adelita and then runs to the top of the hill at La Madera where it ends at the steps that go down to the beach between Bungalows Allec and Bungalows Sotelo. The section between Calle Adelita and the top pf the hill is one of the streets visitors sometimes refer to as "heart attack hill" for its steepness. Another one is by the Hotel Irma, and another is the road by the Casa Que Canta.
