Sponsoring a Mexican Citizen in the US

I am currently trying to get my Mexican husband to the USA. The spousal visa is still difficult, and a long wait about a year or more
I have a lawyer, paid 5000 usd, plus the application fees over 1000 usd
We are waiting for our appointment. Juarez consul has been closed, looks like a trip to Mexico City, for the finger prints, medical exam, about another 500 to 1000 and the interview. And the hotel and the flight and on and on.
We have been refused 2 times for the tourist visa. One time with an attorney.
The time now is so very difficult.
I have all our papers in order. I am hopeful we will be granted the visa. I need the support and help from my husband with my work and my elderly mother.
Do not give up hope, the reality is patience and money.
Good luck

And folks have the audacity to ask why people who only want to work a season don't "wait their turn in line".

More power to ya, but I refuse to subject my wife to all that humiliation, and I know I'd just end up in jail after the first racist comment someone made to my wife.

¡Viva México!
