CFE question - not sure if progress or not...

Last week 4 pm, Friday, after a week of phone calls and three CFE office visits by us, a CFE rep determined that one number on our meter was faulty. He wrote up a detailed report and told us to check with CFE this afternoon. Although the meter will not be replaced, the digital readout will be changed (who knows when). So we continue to read and record the meter daily. If the problem happens again, we go through the same complaint process.
