yes, Insanely creative , delicious products replicating fish out there. I’ve had it in asian fish soups, coconut “shrimp”, and even “Tuna” sashimi from tomatoes. Soy is one base to achieve it, yet wheat protein, and vegetables are others. Might as well start evolving your taste buds if you’re going to be a champion for this planet.
