I think we all know what atypical is and Oscar is not one of them. Although most all the property managers can be very nice, sometimes you need someone to give it to you straight between the eyes "Facts" and not try and powered coat some bad news. Oscar knows what is Right and what is Wrong and he will tell you when you have a problem and how he plans to fix it. " So nice"
