Your statement is not true. Do you own a TV and if so have you been following the daily breifings? The federal response, although slow in some respects, is as comprehensive as anything since World War II. Just because Marshall Law hasn’t been declared, doesn’t mean that the Federal Government is doing nothing. The Pandemic is affecting different parts of our country very differently. The large Metro areas have different challenges the lesser populated areas. That calls for different types of responses, not a federal mandate. All 50 states Governors are coordinating their responses with the federal government. They conference every single day as the situation evolves. From the economic side the federal government is all over this with a plan to revive the economy from free fall. Private industry is aligned with the government for testing, vaccine, and therapeutics. The world will once again be rescued from the Pandemic because the US will find the cure. We always do. Keep a positive attitude and do your part. The blame game can wait for another time.

You're kidding, right? The Chump did try to buy the exclusive rights from a German pharmaceutical company with the most promising treatment so far (even though they later tried to deny it). That's what I call "putting Merka first" and the hell with the rest of the world. He has failed to coordinate any of his moves with other countries (except for with Mexico) which took them by surprise and has caused all kinds of problems (especially thanks to routing out the "deep state" i.e. professionals who usually keep the nation running even when idiots like The Chump occupy the White House).

I'd say your ethnocentrism is showing. But okay, I'll play. I'm rooting on a Mexican finding a solution.

You just heaped blame on China then told us the blame game could wait. Uh huh.
