Mangos And Wine Glasses

I just use a teaspoon. Very easy and less cleaning up.

We prepare a mango by cutting along its axis, leaving a small bit of mango around the edge of the seed (to be eaten by the carver) and two large juicy halves that we cross-cut and invert to eat easily.
