USA I have voted, have YOU????

I'm totally on board with paper ballots. When I lived in Massachusetts, I used a variety of "machines", including the kind that once you moved the lever the display was reset and who knows whether your vote was actually submitted or not. Now that I am back in Oregon, which has had vote by mail (or drop off) since I returned in 1997, I am much more confident that my vote is actually getting submitted and counted. We now have the ability to be notified when our ballots are sent to us, and when they have been received once we have returned them. I have almost always dropped them off in an official collection box (at most public libraries) since until recently the voter had to pay the postage and I was never really sure whether to use one or two stamps. Even though the state now covers the postage cost, I think I'll still be dropping mine off this year.
