So selfish

Just curious what your solution would be? If you have anti-maskers out & about, large gatherings with no safety measures and unrestricted travel, how do you keep this virus from spreading? Yes, there are certain groups that are more vulnerable than others, but what about the long term health effects of being infected (which are not clearly known at this point, but there seem to be some serious problems, even neurological issues). And what happens to those who don't have health insurance to cover possible hospital interventions? What can one do to protect those folks, or do they just stay home to die? What do you suggest when the healthcare system suffers from being overwhelmed by covid patients? Please don't say that won't happen, as it has already occurred in several countries.
And even with proper personal protective equipment, should we expect our medical community to be willing to sacrifice themselves and their families because some people won't wear masks and take precautions?
It won't be forever (I hope), but stay home, stay safe, protect others seems to be the only thing working until there is a vaccine.
