Are the vendors still working, selling on the beach? I remember hearing the laws for these folks were changing going forward at some time?? Hoping they are on the beach as we (tourists and others) plan our trips from Canada and US, but if the law changed, does it apply to all food, drinks like ice-creams, cheese and nuts as well as the local artifacts such as silver, carvings and bracelets (to name a few)??!!
