Extra Pesos in my Pocket (while at the Beach)

Do you think La Ropa will be more open by mid December. Is it a fact that the hotels can't put out benches for their guests?? And if you can't bring your own chair or umbrella how do manage book reading beach time? I usually stay at the Catalina but I assume all hotels are following these regulations?
Also if anyone has travelled from Canada to Mexico recently I would appreciate your input about the experience, were you tested at the airport in Vancouver or in Zihua? I am in the risk demographic but I am very healthy, nevertheless
I want to be take all the necessary precautions to prevent me or anyone else getting ill. I suppose if I were really cautious I would avoid all travel until the vaccine arrives and or Spring. But I am going a tad squirrely and as winter rolls in I definitely feel like rolling out! Any and all info is appreciated.
