Thank you for sharing!
If I may, some clarifications on your translation. I know how hard it is when you are learning a new language and I appreciate your effort and good will!
1. Mandatory use of facemasks in open and enclosed spaces.
8. (this is a hard one) "all you can drink/open bar" is suspended.
10. Movie theaters have to schedule their last show to end by 23:00

Again, thanks for the heads up and for sharing this with the board.

Take care,

Re #7: Bars in enclosed areas. Who decides if a bar is in an open or closed area? Most bars in Zihua are open to the outside to some degree or other. What about places like Coconuts, Eloina's, Legendz, Playa Bar?

Just try using common sense and you'll be in the ballpark. This is not rocket science. Most local downtown residents are fine with the bar regulations. Same with the curfew (aka restricted traffic).
