Catamaran on Playa Ropa today - Flushing down stream?

Wind was high today and there was absolutely no one in the water near the Catamaran that was anchored right off Playa Ropa today (Wednesday). We waded out in front of it and found out why. Are we wrong to think that the floating Hershey bars were coming from this vessel or is there another source of raw sewage around here? True I am sensitive about these things after having to get my stomach pumped in Acapulco from the same issue. Wish I'd had a camera to prove it.

Also does anyone know what that green greasy looking foam bubble stuff is that is floating just beyond the wave breaks?
