Covid exposure level from airborne aerosols in high wind?

Here's another NIH study on breezes and transmission. They conclude that 6 ft. is not nearly enough distance when there's a breeze. Whereas you would think breezes would dissipate the droplets, they can actually float them right over to you. All I can say is if somebody coughs, run. We all need all the information we can get:
