Testing will make travel safer

While the "testing requirement" seems like a great idea at face value. I HIGHLY doubt it will catch many infected people from getting on a plane to return from a foreign country.
Let's face it. Most people that can afford to travel to an international destination don't live in trailer parks and are a we smarter than most.

In the long run I think it will be ineffective in stopping any spread of the virus. There is certainty better areas of COVID spread to spend time and money on!

Widespread testing seems to the reason countries like South Korea have managed to control Covid. It reduces the spread of the disease by identifying infected carriers and having them quarantine. Americans need to look at successful strategies elsewhere as the efforts within the US border have been catastrophic.
