Traffic to/from New Resort

What do I know, but it seems to me the many condo “associations” (CVM, KauKan, Xiguacan, NAO, Ensueno 10, and more) could consider getting involved if the traffic issue is a real concern and possible detriment to quiet usage and/or values.

I am not and probably never will be a citizen of Mexico (although I have heard I qualify for German citizenship since I was born there) but do they have "Propositions" at voting time here?
