PareZIHdo al Paraíso

The rains the past couple of days seem to have mostly broken the heat spell. I almost needed to sleep under the sheets last night, and I even thought about using hot water for my shower.

Stay alert for more stormy weather. The tropical disturbance in the Bahía de Tehuantepec hasn't gone anywhere, and it's dumped a lot of rain in Oaxaca. It's apparently being fed by a larger system from the Caribbean. We may get us a superstorm.

I might've seen the first mosquito of the season today, but I swatted it.

The rain washed out a lot of sand from Playa Principal by the canal, and it's rather obvious a few palm trees planted there recently aren't going to be there very long. I could've told them so, oh wait, I did. They didn't want to listen.

Zihuatanejo-Ixtapa Weather

The sun peeked out for only a few minutes this mañana before hiding until around 10:30 or so. Then it was just another perfect day in paradise!
