They were probably short staffed, so food came very, very slowly. Dirty dishes were piled up on the side. The usual salsas were hard to come by, we had to ask a number of times to get 'refills'. And the pastores were meager, and the meat a bit over-done. The other food was as good as ever - I had a vegetarian huarache that was delicious.

We have some people visiting, and want to give them the true pastores experience.
