According to state health officials, only 2 new active cases of Covid-19 were reported today in the the state of Guerrero, making the total active cases in the state currently 17. Zihuatanejo registered 1 currently active case.

It's likely that after the Semana Santa vacation period is over that the use of facemasks will no longer be requested by health authorities in open areas. That's the local chisme and my edumacated guess.
