Taking cats to Mexico

Yes, I recommend a very mild tranquilizer for your cats to help them cope with the extremely stressful journey (for a cat). Your vet should be able to help you out.

It was 23 years ago since I last brought a cat to Mexico so I am probably not up to date on the regs, but I do remember stopping by the Mexican Consulate in Miami on our way to the airport for some paperwork. You may want to double check with your local Consulate.
