I believe the Inn at Manzanillo Bay would be your best bet. Not only do they make a killer variation of sashimi and have their own brand of Bad Boy Tequila, but they have a chocolate lover's fudge-brownie dessert that should probably be banned. ;-)

The manager Belem is also one of the most wonderful people I've ever known! B-)
