Problem With Aduana and Imported Car.

Hello Everyone I have a question about Aduana Fm3 and the legal status of a car. Two weeks ago I was detained for Driving My friends car (Federales de Caminos) I am a Canadian/Mexican they did not want to negotiate and were asking too much (mordida) so they took me and the car to the Ministerio Publico Federal (PGR) near the IMSS. they said they had to detain me for 24h, My wife and friends called the Canadian Consulate and all went well after the 24h they said that the S.A.T. has nothing against me BUT for me to get out a (mordida) was given. The car they said needed to be recovered by the owner So he came down, they said the car was not Legal in the Country, So we went to Lazaro Cardenas with Aduana and Banjercito they saw all the papers and said there was nothing wrong and No penalty to pay. But the M.P.F said they will send the car to Acapulco. What can be done? has any one gone through this? Thank you all for your Help.
