Thank you for your help just to say I am from montreal Born in Quebec Anglophone, but thanks to my DAD my mom is Mexican so I can say that I have the best of two worlds LOL. But what I would like to say is that the S.A.T. in Acapulco is not willing to had over the car to the owner he went to Acapulco today 16th and they did not give him a straight answer (a Toyota Tacoma 2002) to what He needs to do. Something was said from the P.G.R. (M.P.federal) in Zihua for them to hold on to the car. So now He is on his way back.....
