Trip report ..another day in paradise

Upgrades to el centro made about a year or so ago but mainly cosmetic--roofs over sidewalks, fresh paint, little touches mostly cosmetic but maybe more that I just missed. Nothing that will make it like Ixtapa but, then, as you say, that's why we come to Z!
