well, we did the chili rellano cooking class at Monica,s cooking school at patio Mexica, and i gotta tell you that Monica is great and the class was very fun and extremely informative, i would suggest it to anyone wanting to learn how to cook authentic local dishes. And on a side note, she was very pleased to know that i learned about her on Rob,s info page, she,s a great lady, and man can she cook mmmmm good.we enjoyed our trip to Zihuatanejo very much, but didnt really care for the lack of Service and no hot water in our room at the Irma, very dissapointed with that hotel, but a great trip none the less. next time we will stay at the Catalina. Didnt do a lot of anything, except walked to town everyday shopped around bought some coffee from the coffee store next to Lupita,s store, will have some in the morning, a week is not long enough to do a lot, plus it was extremely hot, maybe next year a little longer.:-D
