Life At Zee Level
After the refreshingly dry and cool weather we've had recently the humidity seems to be making an effort at a comeback and the ocean water seems to be warming up a bit, so it takes a little longer for things to cool down at the end of the day.
As my wife and I were out walking our chihuahua yesterday a confused-looking Mexican gentleman from one of our inland cities stopped me and asked if we had changed our time to Horario de Verano because his cellphone had changed the time, and I explained that he had his time set to the USA's Central Time zone instead of to Ciudad de México's time zone. So if anyone else here had the same problem then that's why.
The local sport fishing charters appeared to be doing a brisk business this morning. Between happy charter captains and happy tourists excited about their upcoming adventurous day out on the ocean there were plenty of smiling faces on the pier. Part of what Zihuatanejo is all about!
