Is there a library in the area with English language books? Or a community center for expats?

Zihua has a public library on Cuahtemoc that actually has quite a few books in English -- many donated by Joe's restaurant (Casa Marina) last fall. You are welcome to read them there but in order to take them home, you'd need to show a residency VISA.

I have managed to accumalate more than 1,000 non=fiction books, perhaps 100 about Latina America. The rest are about exploration/travel, biography, history, gastronomía, wine, comparitive religion, and lots of other stuff.
I am prepared to loan them to snow-birds and year-round residents. But, not to short-term tourists who are less likely to return them. I want them back.
Email me if you are seduced by this opportinuty.
Abrazos!

Hola ! We are new here and staying for over a month. Not sure if that qualifies for long term, but we are homeschooling our kids while learning about Mexico.
I am in need of English children’s books. We are going through tbe ones we brought faster than expected.
One boy is fourth grade and one is in second ( seven and nine ).
It’s not an emergent since we have an online program, but we’d like to have a hard copy to practice.
Gracias ! Ellis Ann.
