Holliday House on Colegio Militar #76, 755-554-4865, sells custom-made shutters. www.holliday-house.com, near the Mexican Immigration office.
We checked things there too and were impressed and pleased with what they had.
There are always custom woodworkers. Susan G and we share a great one.
