Lost return form

Starting to get things together for another 4 months in Troncones and when I checked my passport I noticed that the form I am supposed to hand over to Immigration is missing..I have a permanent residency status but am unsure of what to expect with out this form..Would appreciate any info if this has happened to anyone.

I have done the same before, and approximately 2 yrs ago was let in thru customs with no real problem. Immigracion would have a record of when you left Zihua ,and signed the book at their office at the airport if it was ever really challenged.Maybe it would be good to print a copy of your itinerary of when you last flew out of Zihua as a back up?
