CFE bill question

Hola! We have 2 CFE meters at our house. One is for our main house and the other is for the caretaker's house. I have paid these 2 bills for 2 years without issue. This month, I paid the main house without any problem, but I received this message when attempting to pay the smaller bill: "El servicio consultado se encuentra Domiciliado, no es posible realizar el pago." Google says this means (not very helpfully) "The consulted service is Domiciled, it is not possible to make the payment.". I have an email in to CFE but I thought I would ask if any of you have had this come up before??

When your bill is "domiciliado" it means that it is set up for automatic payment whenever due. You have to go through some steps to domiciliate it, so if you didn't set it up that way, then there is a problem. Just check your account and see if it's been paid. I used to do this with CFE but now I can't do it with my new bank.
