Rates and Reservations for Villa Guadalupe Hotel, Zihuatanejo, Mexico

RESERVATIONS
A 50 % deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid by that date, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Monies refundable only if property is re-rented minus 10%. In case of cancellation after payment of balance, 50% is usable towards a future reservation, except in cases of documented medical emergencies, in which case a refund of the balance will be made if another booking is made to fill the dates. A voucher will need to be signed upon your arrival for bar expenses, lost keys and damages.

		*An extra $5.00 USD will be charged per day per room for tip.
