I'm not sure that I understand the question, but I'll make a few comments anyway...

Our beachfront room was a corner room at the northwest corner of the property. This was about 1995, so I'm struggling a bit to remember, but I believe the building had about six beachfront rooms on each floor. I think there were three floors. I suspect there are about the same number of beachfront rooms in the lowrise building at the south end of the property.

The two rooms that we stayed in were comparable in size and layout.

The beachfront rooms offered much more privacy. They had some kind of partition between patio areas, looked straight out onto the beach, but had a hedge about 2-3 feet tall that offered some visual privacy.

The poolside rooms provide a nice view of the pool and grounds area. Of course, this means that they also provide everyone in the pool and grounds area a nice view of you.
