Di
The hotel is nice, they have one of the largest pools in Ixtapa. The rooms are spacious, clean and the view from your balcony is spectacular. There is a small refrigerator in the room but it is stocked with very expensive drinks and candy if you eat or drink you are charged each day. We got around this simply replacing the beer and wine coolers from the store across the street. We did not go all inclusive , Having bin to Zihua. before we had our favorite restraints, didnt eat at the hotel. The staff treated us well and we had no problems with them.I did see that there was a health club on sight but this was not our thing so cant comment on that. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful good waves but kind of dangerous for swimming at that time. We took a boat over to Las Gatas for swimming and snorkeling. There is no safe in the room but they do have safe deposit box at the desk. There is a lot to do and see in both Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. we spend most of our time in and around Zihua. as we love the Mexican People and the village atmosphere on that side, going back and forth is easy both the bus and taxies are plentiful There is not a better place in Mexico to go it is truly a paradice.
Hope this helps and have a great time.
John
